The Team and Work
You will join a collaborative Real Estate team that works closely with both clients and specialist colleagues across the wider firm. This integrated approach ensures a continual exchange of ideas and a deep understanding of the commercial issues clients face.
Your work will include:

• High-value multi-tenanted investment property transactions (acquisitions and disposals)
• Complex development matters, including planning, funding, and delivery
• Asset management for large occupied portfolios
• Lease renewals, rent reviews, and general estate management matters
• Property dispute management and strategic advisory support

Who we're looking for:
Seeking a fully qualified solicitor with 2-5 years' post qualification experience in real estate law. You should have a strong background in managing a variety of property transactions and acquisitions, and the ability to nurture and maintain strong client relationships. Exceptional communication skills, as well as a proactive detail orientated approach are essential. Previous experience within a leading real estate practice will be highly advantageous.
