An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Partner to join a highly respected national law firm in Oxford. This strategic senior hire forms part of the firm's long-term succession plan and offers access to a strong pipeline of work, longstanding client relationships, and the support of a collaborative, well-established team.

The Role

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role within the Oxford Real Estate team, handling a wide-ranging and high-quality caseload that may include:

• Commercial property transactions across a variety of sectors.
• Land development and investment work.
• Landlord and tenant matters, including complex lease negotiations.
• Charity property and portfolio management.
• Supporting the continued growth of the Oxford office through client development and team collaboration.

You will work closely with a collegiate partnership group and enjoy access to the firm's strong client base throughout Oxfordshire and the wider Thames Valley.

About You

• Qualified solicitor with significant post-qualification experience (typically 8+ years PQE) in commercial real estate.
• Existing Partner or Legal Director / Senior Associate ready to step into partnership.
• Strong technical expertise and a proven track record of delivering strategic, commercial advice.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and able to contribute to the continued growth of the team.
• Strong understanding of the Oxford and Thames Valley property market is advantageous.
