About You

• Qualified solicitor with significant post-qualification experience (typically 8+ years' PQE) in commercial real estate
• Existing Partner, Legal Director, or Senior Associate ready to step into partnership
• Strong technical expertise combined with commercial insight
• Proven ability to build, develop, and sustain long-term client relationships
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and motivated to contribute to continued team growth
• Strong knowledge of the Oxford and Thames Valley property market is advantageous
