Commercial Property Solicitor
As a Commercial Property Solicitor at Mullis & Peake LLP Solicitors, you will advise a varied portfolio of clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions. Your day-to-day will include:

• Handling sales, purchases, leases, and development agreements for a range of business and investor clients
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents
• Managing client relationships with professionalism and clear communication
• Collaborating closely with colleagues across departments to deliver joined-up legal services
• Using modern case management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency

You will be based in our Romford office, with the opportunity to work two days from home each week after probation.
We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 5PQE
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently and efficiently
• Excellent client care skills and a collaborative mindset
• Familiarity with relevant case management systems (advantageous)
