Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive

Location: Aylesbury or High Wycombe (Office-Based)
Salary: £38,000 - £60,000 DOE + Benefits Package

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a growing and well-established property team. This position would suit a motivated lawyer looking to build upon their commercial property experience while working closely with experienced partners who can provide ongoing support and development.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage their own caseload from an early stage, whilst developing strong client relationships and progressing their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters with appropriate supervision and support.
• Advise on grants and assignments of leases.
• Handle commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
• Act on property finance transactions.
• Advise on options, development agreements, and related development matters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referrers, and professional contacts.
• Deliver practical and commercially focused legal advice.
• Work closely with senior lawyers and partners on more complex transactions.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the property team.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Ideally between 1 and 5 years' PQE, although equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Experience handling commercial property transactions with a degree of autonomy.
• Knowledge of landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, and property finance work.
• Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in developing a career within commercial property law.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Good organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
• Corporate or commercial law experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
