An award-winning regional law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its expanding team in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality transactional matters, with autonomy to manage your own caseload while being supported by a collaborative and well-structured team.

The Role

You will work on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions & disposals
• Drafting and advising on commercial leases, renewals, and licences
• Portfolio management for landlords and occupiers
• Secured lending and corporate support on transactions
• Advising on risks and providing practical, commercial solutions
• Building strong relationships with clients and supporting business development initiatives

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in commercial property
• Strong track record of handling complex transactions independently
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Commercial mindset with a proactive, client-focused approach
• Keen to contribute to business development and team growth
