Responsibilities

• Lead or support high-value commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, due diligence, and reporting.
• Act as a day-to-day contact for clients, providing clear, commercially focused legal advice.
• Manage file processes, conflicts, billing, and reporting in line with firm and client protocols.
• Contribute to training, mentoring junior colleagues, knowledge sharing, and business development initiatives.
• Work closely with partners and colleagues in a collaborative team, taking ownership of core workstreams and complex matters.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with 5-6 years PQE and a strong academic record.
• Solid experience across commercial real estate, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, and due diligence.
• Strong technical ability combined with a practical, commercial approach to client matters.
• Proven capability to manage transactions, supervise junior team members, and contribute to business development.
• Exceptional organisational, communication, and time management skills to handle multiple high-value matters to deadline.
