An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Senior Associate to join a Tier 1 London Legal 500 firm for Commercial Real Estate based in Central London, United Kingdom. Responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, joint ventures, and co-investments

• Act as a primary client contact, delivering commercially focused legal advice and supporting negotiations on high-value deals

• Work closely with partners, associates, and cross-border teams across international offices

• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers while promoting knowledge-sharing and collaboration within the practice

• Support business development initiatives and help strengthen long-term client relationships

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years PQE in commercial real estate or property law

• Strong experience advising on investment, development, joint ventures, and corporate real estate matters

• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and lead teams within a professional legal environment

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills

• Commercially minded, proactive, and committed to building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
