An established and well-regarded law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to join its thriving Commercial Property Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated junior solicitor to develop their career within a supportive, close-knit team, while gaining exposure to a wide variety of high-quality work.

The Opportunity

You will work closely with two experienced Partners, gaining excellent supervision and mentoring, while also being given early responsibility for your own matters. The role offers a genuine mix of Commercial Property and Company Commercial work, with plenty of scope to grow and progress.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting two Partners on a varied caseload within the Business & Commercial Property team
• Handling a range of commercial property transactions
• Assisting on the sale and purchase of businesses (asset sales and purchases, as well as share sales and purchases)
• Drafting and advising on shareholder agreements and commercial contracts, including terms & conditions of business
• Building strong, long-term client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the practice

What We're Looking For

• A qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with NQ-2 years' PQE (or equivalent)
• Experience in Commercial Property and/or Company Commercial work (training seat experience welcome)
• Strong drafting, communication, and client care skills
• A commercially minded, proactive, and team-focused approach
• Enthusiasm to learn, develop and contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment
