Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial lease agreements, acquisitions, and property finance transactions for retail, office, and development projects.

• Conduct thorough due diligence, mitigating title, planning, and environmental risks.

• Advise on residential conveyancing, including high-value sales and lease extensions.
