Role Overview:
Take charge of commercial property transactions, advising businesses, landlords, tenants, and developers in a client-centric environment.

Duties:

• Lead acquisitions, disposals, leasing for retail, office, industrial properties.

• Draft, negotiate leases, licences, rent deposit deeds, development contracts.

• Advise on real estate finance, including loans, refinancing.

• Manage property portfolios for landlords, tenants.

• Conduct due diligence, title searches, Land Registry applications.

Requirements:

• 2-4 PQE with commercial property expertise.

• Strong academics (2:1 LLB or equivalent, high LPC/BPTC marks).
