Responsibilities

• Manage commercial real estate transactions from start to finish, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and asset management matters.

• Advise clients on legal risks, draft and negotiate clear, commercially focused documentation, and maintain direct client relationships.

• Coordinate closely with internal teams, including finance, tax, corporate, and construction, to deliver integrated advice.

• Contribute to business development initiatives, client engagement, and wider team knowledge sharing.

• Operate with autonomy and attention to detail while supporting the growth and reputation of the Commercial Property team.

Requirements

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 3-6 PQE in commercial real estate.

• Proven experience in acquisitions, disposals, asset management, and ideally development matters.

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills, with the ability to manage complex transactions independently.

• Commercially minded, proactive, and confident in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
