Responsibilities

• Advise on asset management matters for institutional real estate portfolios and lead on sales and acquisitions of commercial property assets.

• Draft and negotiate commercial leases, including agreements for lease with or without works, and support real estate finance transactions with related security documentation.

• Provide guidance on complex mixed-use development projects and broader strategic asset management matters.

• Work closely with partners and clients across sectors such as logistics, industrial, offices, hotels, and R&D, ensuring high-quality, commercial advice.

• Contribute to team knowledge sharing, mentoring junior lawyers, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with 2-4 years' post-qualification experience in Commercial Real Estate, ideally from a City or comparable firm.

• Solid experience in acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and asset management matters; exposure to investment work and commercial landlord and tenant issues is highly valuable.
