A respected and long-established regional law firm is seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Associate to join its Surrey office.

About the Role

You will handle a broad and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters, acting for a diverse client base including businesses, developers, investors, landlords, and high-net-worth individuals. The work will include a mix of acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, commercial leases, property development work, refinancing, and general asset management.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years' PQE in commercial property.
  * Strong technical skills with a pragmatic, commercial approach.
  * Confidence managing matters independently with appropriate supervision.
  * Excellent communication skills and a strong client-focused mindset.
