A respected regional law firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Senior Associate or Partner to join its Surrey office.

About the Role

You will take a lead role in handling a high-quality and varied commercial property caseload, acting for a broad client base including developers, investors, landlords, corporate occupiers, and high-net-worth individuals. The work will include acquisitions and disposals, complex landlord and tenant matters, property development, refinancing, and strategic asset management.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in commercial property.
  * Strong technical expertise with a commercial and solutions-driven approach.
  * Proven ability to manage complex matters with minimal supervision.
  * Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
  * A strong client following or demonstrable business development capability (for Partner level).
  * Ambition to play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.
