What You'll Do:

• Advise on property acquisitions, disposals, commercial leases, licences, and landlord/tenant matters
• Handle real estate transactions for developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants
• Support business development, leveraging your network to expand the firm's client portfolio
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to firm-wide initiatives
• Provide strategic guidance on diverse property types, including offices, retail, leisure, and industrial

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in commercial property law
• Proven expertise in acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord/tenant issues
• Strong client relationship and business development skills with a growing client following
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities
• Proactive mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused setting
