Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Based on the firm's practice in litigation and dispute resolution, your role would involve:

• Advising clients on commercial and contractual disputes, including initial assessments and strategy development.
• Conducting legal research, case analysis, and preparing for hearings or mediations.
• Managing client communications, building trust through clear advice on risks, costs, and resolutions.
• Collaborating on property-related litigation and insolvency matters, with potential cross-departmental work.
• Handling disclosure, witness statements, and settlement negotiations to achieve efficient outcomes.
• Attending client meetings and court, gaining advocacy experience where appropriate.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years PQE in commercial litigation or general disputes (England & Wales qualified).
• Strong analytical and drafting skills, with experience in contract or commercial claims.
• Proactive approach to client service and problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a boutique setting with direct partner access.
