An established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide variety of corporate and commercial disputes with an experienced, supportive team recognised for handling complex, high-value litigation.

The Opportunity

You'll gain exposure to a diverse caseload for local, regional, and national clients, including household brands. The role will cover a broad spectrum of litigation work, including:

• Shareholder and director disputes
• Warranty claims arising from share purchase agreements
• Urgent asset recovery and injunctions
• High Court and County Court proceedings
• Debt recovery and insolvency processes
• Mediation and other forms of dispute resolution

You'll work closely with senior lawyers on significant matters while also managing your own files, with training and support available to help you develop your expertise.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ-4 PQE) with litigation experience (corporate/commercial disputes preferred)
• Strong technical and research skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with strong written and advocacy skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines effectively
• Ambitious and motivated, with a genuine interest in dispute resolution
