The Opportunity
Opportunity within an award-winning, Legal 500 practice is one of the largest and most highly ranked real estate teams operating today. Within the last two years alone, nearly 1000 developers and investors have trusted our firm to help deliver almost 14,000 projects. They are now seeking to expand their Commercial Development Team with an ambitiously talented Associate who is keen to be a part of high-profile deals and contribute to the continued growth of a leading international firm.

The Team and Work
As an Associate in our Commercial Development team, you will:

• Advise on major commercial development projects, from site assembly through to funding and delivery.
• Work closely with developers, funders and corporate clients on highly valued, transformational schemes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver amalgamated guidance.
• Support senior lawyers on high impact business deals, whilst building your own client relationships.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives and market research to further develop our future-focused practice.

Who we're looking for
We are seeking candidates who:

• Have 2-6 years' PQE with strong experience in commercial development or real estate transactions.
• Have confidence in working on multiplex matters with high levels of responsibility.
• Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge, commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment and value cross practice teamwork.
• Are motivated to grow and develop within a market leading real estate practice.
