Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-track defendant personal injury caseload, including Employers' Liability, Public Liability, Road Traffic Accidents, and catastrophic injury claims.

• Draft pleadings, prepare client reports, attend court hearings, and instruct experts, ensuring compliance with court deadlines and internal quality standards.

• Work closely with senior lawyers and insurers, providing technical expertise and contributing to strategic case planning.

• Prioritise workloads effectively, maintaining high-quality client service and supporting the growth of the Catastrophic Loss team.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives within the firm.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor, either NQ or experienced, with a solid background in catastrophic personal injury claims.

• Experience handling multi-track personal injury cases, with strong technical knowledge of liability, quantum, and litigation procedures.

• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage complex caseloads.

• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and deliver high-quality outcomes in a client-focused environment.

• Exposure to high-value claims and experience in strategic case management is highly desirable.
