• Develop and implement case strategy in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring commercially focused advice for insurer and corporate clients.

• Oversee large loss valuations, including application of the Ogden Tables and future loss calculations.

• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.

• Contribute to the continued growth and profile of the firm by maintaining high standards of technical excellence and client service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in catastrophic injury claims handling, with strong expertise across motor, employer's liability, and public liability matters.

• Proven track record managing high-value, complex cases within a structured team environment.

• Thorough understanding of Ogden Tables, future loss calculations, and defendant personal injury protocols.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity, confidence, and professionalism.

• Solicitor qualification and experience consistent with London Legal 500 Tier 1 standards for Personal Injury (defendant).
