Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts in the North of England, spearheading new client acquisition and building key partnerships. As one of the founding members of our Manchester team, you'll play a critical role in driving the company's expansion in a dynamic new market.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across enterprise sectors (public and private).
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, outreach, and industry connections.
- Represent the company in client meetings, proposals, and technology discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored IT solutions that meet client needs.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to wider business objectives.
- Support the growth and culture of the new Manchester office as a core team member.
Requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in business development, account management and sales within the IT industry.
- Solid understanding of IT services, cloud technologies, infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a growing team.
- Knowledge of the Manchester/North West business landscape is beneficial.
