BI Developer - OBIEE - OBIA - OACS - London Hybrid - 3 months inside IR35 - SC Clearance

Are you an experienced BI Developer with excellent skills in Oracle Reports / BI solutions?

I have an immediate opportunity with a government client to join a busy team in London. Due to the nature and urgency of the role, candidates with active SC clearance are preferred.

What you will be doing:

• Designing and building dashboards and reports using Oracle BI tools, including:
• OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
• Oracle BI Publisher
• OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition)
• Developing data warehouses and dimensional models with Oracle Database technologies
• Supporting Oracle EPM tools, such as Hyperion Essbase and PBCS
• Managing Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (OBIA), including configuration and deployment
• Working with data from e-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion (HR/HCM and ERP)
• Conducting business requirements analysis and translating them into effective BI solutions
• Building metadata models and ETL pipelines (Extract, Transform, Load), with a focus on performance and scalability
• Running and managing data workflows on Oracle Database Cloud
• Delivering compelling data visualisations and supporting decision-making across the organisation
• Creating scalable data flows for ingestion, transformation, and storage
• Building data models and analytics dashboards to enterprise standards
• Producing pixel-perfect reports and maintaining efficient connectivity to on-premise systems
• Applying solid Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) skills, including custom module development, integration, and migrations
• Writing efficient Oracle PL/SQL code and applying advanced database techniques such as partitioning, materialised views, and indexing I am keen to speak with candidates who have
  • Proven background in BI Solutions Development using Oracle BI tools, ideally within public services / government projects.
  • Strong database and SQL skills
  • Experience with Data structures, Data Warehousing, Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS), Metadata Modelling, ETL, etc.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • A relationship builder who can work effectively with both technical teams and business users
