The Role:
You'll manage and progress your own caseload while supporting senior colleagues on landmark cases, helping shape case strategy and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- Lead and manage high-value clinical negligence claims, including litigated matters.
- Advise clients with empathy and precision, ensuring they are supported throughout their journey.
- Collaborate with Partner Tom Gough and senior team members to define strategy on complex, multi-million-pound matters.
- Mentor and guide junior solicitors, helping develop the next generation of clinical negligence experts.
- Work across the wider firm to deliver seamless, high-quality service to clients.
Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking a strategic, client-focused solicitor with proven experience in high-value claimant clinical negligence matters.
- Qualified Solicitor with significant experience managing complex litigated cases.
- Track record of leadership, mentoring, and providing strategic advice on challenging claims.
- Empathetic, client-centred professional with excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
