  • Work across the wider firm to deliver seamless, high-quality service to clients.

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a strategic, client-focused solicitor with proven experience in high-value claimant clinical negligence matters.

  • Qualified Solicitor with significant experience managing complex litigated cases.

  • Empathetic, client-centred professional with excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Collaborative and commercially minded, thriving in a high-performing, supportive environment.

What You'll Gain:

  • Full-time, permanent London role with hybrid working flexibility.
  • Competitive salary reflecting senior responsibility and high-profile caseloads.
  • Exposure to multi-million-pound clinical negligence matters, shaping strategy at every stage.
  • Access to structured mentoring, professional development, and clear progression pathways.
  • 25 days' holiday + bank holidays with option to buy more, generous pension, paid volunteering days, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Work in a supportive, people-first culture, recognised as one of the Best Workplaces for Wellbeing 2024.

Why This Opportunity:

Here, you'll not just manage cases, you'll lead strategically, influence outcomes, and mentor a high-performing team. It's a chance to make a real impact for clients while building your own professional legacy in a nationally recognised, market-leading firm.
