The Role:

• Manage your own caseload: Run litigated clinical negligence claims, while assisting seniors on high-value, complex cases.
• Specialist exposure: Work across obstetric, neonatal, neurological, oncology, psychiatric, cardiac and brain injury claims.
• Deliver for clients: Provide clear, compassionate advice, maintaining the firm's reputation in sensitive, high-profile matters.

About You:

• Experienced & technically strong (3 - 5 PQE): Proven background in claimant clinical negligence and managing your own files.
• Skilled communicator: Able to support clients through complex, sensitive claims with clarity and empathy.
• Team-focused: Confident working independently and collaboratively within a nationally recognised team.
