Agile Coach - Product Teams

£500-550 (Inside IR35)

We're seeking an experienced Agile Coach on a contract basis to support agile transformation across international product teams for one of our clients. This role is part of a wider digital change initiative, focused on embedding modern agile practices and building high-performing, customer-focused delivery teams.
What You'll Do

• Coach teams and leaders in agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and mindset shifts
• Lead workshops, retrospectives, and agile training sessions
• Guide teams in using agile metrics, lean thinking, and customer-centric delivery
• Support transition from traditional project management to agile ways of working
• Enable continuous improvement through hands-on coaching and capability building

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in scaled environments
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks and product-led delivery
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
• Experience with Lean Portfolio Management and enterprise transformation
• Agile certification (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Alliance) preferred
