This Adult Brain Injury Solicitor role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most complex and high-value claimant cases in the sector, within a top-tier Legal 500 firm based in Central London. Responsibilities
- Take day-to-day conduct of complex, high-value brain injury claims arising from personal injury and clinical negligence.

Provide clear, sensitive, and strategic advice to clients and their families, managing cases in line with the Civil Procedure Rules.

Work closely with experienced colleagues across the personal injury and clinical negligence team, reporting to senior leadership.

Supervise and support junior team members, contributing to mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and quality standards.

Play an active role in business development, referral relationships, charity partnerships, and enhancing the firm's specialist profile.
Requirements

Qualified solicitor (8+ years PQE) with solid experience handling high-value claimant personal injury and clinical negligence matters.

Direct experience of brain injury or other catastrophic injury work is highly desirable.

Strong working knowledge of multi-track litigation, the Civil Procedure Rules, and relevant protocols.

Confidence managing sensitive, life-changing cases with a practical, client-focused approach.

Experience supervising others and contributing to business development within a collaborative team environment.
