Residential Property Solicitor - 6+ PQE

A well-established and highly regarded London law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to join its busy and growing conveyancing team. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility to work from home several days a week, combined with time in the firm's central London office.

The Role:

You will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• Re-mortgages and equity release
• Transfers of equity
• Lease extensions and enfranchisement matters
• Advising private clients, investors, and HNW individuals

The ideal candidate will be confident handling files autonomously, supervising junior colleagues, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Requirements:

• A qualified solicitor with 6+ years PQE in residential property law
• Proven track record in handling a wide range of conveyancing transactions independently
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Able to manage multiple files with minimal supervision
• Experience using modern case management systems
