Private Client Solicitor

You'll step into a senior, influential position within a collaborative and supportive environment, with clear scope to lead, develop others, and drive the department forward.
You will be working closely with an established team including an Associate Lawyer, legal assistants, and a consultant, contributing to both day-to-day delivery and long-term growth.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a varied caseload across wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, and estate planning
• Leading and supporting the Maidenhead team, including mentoring junior staff
• Advising high-net-worth clients on inheritance tax and succession planning
• Driving business development and strengthening client relationships across Newbury, Maidenhead, and Windsor

We're Looking For:

• Minimum 8 years PQE in private client or wills and probate work
• Strong technical expertise in inheritance tax and estate planning
• STEP qualified or working towards qualification
• Proven experience handling complex matters and HNW clients
• A collaborative leader with strong communication and commercial awareness
