A long-established regional law firm is seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Associate to join its Farnham office.

About the Role

You will manage a broad range of property matters, from initial instruction through to post-completion, covering all aspects of real estate work including landlord and tenant matters, development, real estate finance, and sales and acquisitions. You will also supervise a dynamic team.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 6-10 years' PQE.
  * Strong technical skills with a pragmatic, commercial approach.
  * Strong experience in autonomously managing files, coupled with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
