In this Residential Solicitor role based in Newbury, you will handle a varied caseload within a supportive property team, working closely with colleagues across the wider firm. You will advise clients on a range of residential conveyancing matters while maintaining high standards of client care and legal compliance.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Advising clients on sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties to progress transactions
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal processes

We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with residential property experience
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage your own caseload independently
• Organised, detail-focused, and proactive approach
