You will join the private client department at a respected New Malden firm with decades of history serving the local community. The team supports individuals and families through important life stages, providing clear legal advice on wills, estates, and future planning.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a private client caseload including wills, probate, and estate administration
• Advising clients on lasting powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning, and trusts where appropriate
• Meeting clients to take instructions and guide them through personal legal matters
• Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with professional standards

We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client law
• Experience handling wills, probate, and estate administration matters
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage your own caseload and build long term client relationships
