Private Client Solicitor
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will provide high-quality legal advice and services to clients on a range of private client matters. You'll work in a supportive office environment, with access to modern case management systems, and be part of a forward-thinking firm with deep roots in the community.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Drafting wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
• Advising on estate planning, inheritance tax, and probate
• Managing estate administration from initial instruction to final distribution
• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties with empathy and professionalism
• Maintaining accurate file management in line with compliance and regulatory requirements

We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5PQE
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate, and tax planning matters
• Excellent communication skills and client care approach
• Ability to manage your own caseload effectively
• STEP qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential
