As a Residential Senior Associate at Morr & Co LLP, you will lead complex residential property matters, supporting clients with expertise and clear communication. You will also mentor junior colleagues and help drive the firm's continued growth while benefiting from innovative technology and systems that enhance efficiency.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a varied and high-value residential property caseload independently, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Providing clear, proactive advice to clients while maintaining exceptional client care standards
• Supervising, mentoring, and supporting junior team members to foster development and ensure smooth workflow
• Contributing to business development initiatives and supporting the growth of the Oxted office

We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor with substantial residential property experience and previous senior associate responsibility
• Strong technical knowledge and experience handling complex residential conveyancing matters
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A proactive, approachable team player who can mentor junior colleagues
• Confident using case management systems and legal technology to deliver efficient service
