A top-ranked Legal 500 and Chambers firm is seeking a Family Solicitor to join their Margate office. The successful candidate will manage a caseload covering private law children, divorce/financial matters, domestic abuse, and unmarried/cohabitation disputes, combining legal aid and private paying work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct own advocacy and manage caseload independently.

• Handle divorce, finances, private law children, domestic abuse, and cohabitation matters.

• Support business development by generating private paying work.

• Collaborate with colleagues while maintaining autonomy over your caseload.

Requirements:

• 4+ years PQE in Family Law.

• Confident in advocacy and independent case management.

• Experienced in legal aid and private paying work.

• Strong relationship-building and business development skills.

• Professional, proactive, and team-focused.
