A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Associate/Senior Associate to join its Corporate Transactions team in London, as the group continues to expand its work in the energy sector.

This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer with 4-7 years PQE and a strong track record in private M&A and project development, particularly within the oil & gas (incl. LNG) and energy transition sectors (e.g. hydrogen, CCUS, sustainable fuels). The role offers exposure to complex, cross-border transactions and high-profile clients, with a focus on drafting and negotiating key deal documents, managing due diligence, and leading client relationships.

Key requirements:

• UK-qualified lawyer with top-tier transactional experience

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills

• Sector expertise in energy (including energy transition technologies)

• Team-oriented, commercially astute, and client-focused

• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions
