Residential Solicitor

As a Residential Solicitor, you'll manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. You'll work closely with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient transactions. This role involves preparing and reviewing contracts, conducting title checks, managing exchange and completion processes, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. You'll be supported by an experienced team and have access to modern case management systems to help you work effectively.
We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong client communication skills with a professional, empathetic approach
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using conveyancing case management systems and Microsoft Office
