Private Client Solicitor

You'll take ownership of a varied private client caseload, working across wills, probate, and estate planning matters. This is a client-facing role where attention to detail and clear communication are key, supported by modern systems and a collaborative environment.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a caseload covering wills, probate, estate administration, and powers of attorney
• Advising on lifetime tax planning and Court of Protection matters
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory procedures, including Lexcel and ISO standards
• Building strong client relationships while meeting agreed billing targets

We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in private client law
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate, tax planning, and elderly client matters
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident using case management systems and IT software
• Organised, proactive, and able to contribute to business development
