A well-regarded, London-based law firm is looking to hire an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its established and growing property team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a varied and high-quality caseload with the autonomy to manage your own files, while being part of a collaborative and dynamic team.

About the Role:

You will handle a broad mix of non-contentious residential property transactions, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and equity release
• Lease extensions and enfranchisement
• Transfers of equity and shared ownership
• New build transactions and help-to-buy schemes

The role offers regular client contact, strong administrative support, and the opportunity to contribute to business development and the future growth of the team.

Candidate Requirements:

• A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years of PQE in residential property law
• Solid experience managing a full caseload from instruction to post-completion
• Proven ability to maintain and build client relationships
• Confident handling more complex residential matters such as leasehold extensions and high-value transactions
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• A team player who is also capable of working independently
