Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of residential property matters efficiently and independently
- Provide high-quality legal advice and support across all areas of conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity
- Work directly with clients, managing expectations and providing excellent service
- Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers to develop client solutions and contribute to business development
- Scope and price work accurately, with support as required
- Develop and maintain long-term client and referrer relationships
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and attend networking events to grow business
- Ensure accurate time recording, billing, and WIP monitoring
- Align personal objectives with departmental goals and KPIs
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx with relevant PQE
- Demonstrable experience handling a variety of residential property transactions
- Strong project and client management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Commercially aware and motivated to build a client base
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
