An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Residential Property Associate to join a well-established and forward-thinking law firm with a strong presence across London and the South of England. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of residential property matters efficiently and independently
  • Provide high-quality legal advice and support across all areas of conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity
  • Work directly with clients, managing expectations and providing excellent service
  • Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers to develop client solutions and contribute to business development
  • Scope and price work accurately, with support as required
  • Develop and maintain long-term client and referrer relationships
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and attend networking events to grow business
  • Ensure accurate time recording, billing, and WIP monitoring
  • Align personal objectives with departmental goals and KPIs

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx with relevant PQE
  • Demonstrable experience handling a variety of residential property transactions
  • Strong project and client management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Commercially aware and motivated to build a client base
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
