Non-Contentious Construction Associate (3+ PQE)

A highly regarded London law firm is seeking a non-contentious construction associate (3+ PQE) to join its established Construction & Engineering team.

The role

You will advise on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters, including:

• Drafting and negotiating construction documentation (JCT, NEC and bespoke forms)

• Advising on development agreements, professional appointments and collateral warranties

• Supporting major residential, commercial and mixed-use developments

• Working closely with highly ranked partners and respected practitioners across real estate, planning and corporate teams

Associates are given early responsibility, meaningful client exposure and real ownership of work, with support and mentorship from leaders in the field.

About you

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in non-contentious construction

• Experience from a strong construction or real estate practice

• Technically excellent, with strong drafting and commercial judgement

• A team player who values collaboration, approachability and quality

• Motivated to develop their career in an environment that balances ambition with wellbeing
