A well-known regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join its well-established team based in Maidenhead.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements and terms, creating tailored agreements and licences, advising on intellectual property and IT matters, providing guidance and documentation on data protection, supporting corporate transactions, and staying up to date with emerging technologies, including rapid developments in AI and forthcoming legislative changes.

• Qualified Solicitor with a 3-4 years' PQE.
• Self-starter with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong client-facing and business skills
