A Recognised Walton on Thames law firm is seeking a Company Commercial Lawyer to join its dynamic team in Walton on Thames.

About the Role:

You will advise on a broad range of company and commercial matters, including shareholder agreements, business sales and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and corporate governance. You will manage your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy while also collaborating on more complex transactions. In addition, you will build strong client relationships and play an active role in supporting the continued growth of the team.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in company commercial law.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
