An established and well-regarded law firm in Stratford, East London is seeking a Residential Property Conveyancer with 3+ years of post-qualification experience to join their busy property department. The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and right to buy/shared ownership transactions. The role is primarily office-based, making it ideal for someone who values in-person collaboration and a team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Running a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Advising clients on all legal aspects of buying, selling, and refinancing residential property
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting searches, and liaising with all parties involved
• Ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining excellent client care and upholding the firm's reputation locally

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confident managing files with minimal supervision
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing law and procedures
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and organisational skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high standards of service
