About the Role:
You will advise on a range of corporate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, investments, joint ventures and governance. Offering you the responsibility of managing your own caseload and contribute to business development across a variety of sectors.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor with a 3-5years' PQE in Corporate law.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organisational and negotiation skills.
