A leading international law firm is looking to hire M&A lawyers with 3-5 years PQE to join its highly ranked Corporate team in central London. The Role:

• Act on a wide range of M&A transactions across multiple sectors including technology, energy, infrastructure, and financial services
• Play a key role in drafting, negotiation, and client management
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, contributing to a supportive team culture
• Work closely with clients from day one, including multinational corporations, private equity houses, and high-growth businesses

About You:

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3-5 years' post-qualification experience in M&A from a respected City or international firm
• Strong technical skills and commercial acumen
• Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Ambitious and client-focused, with a long-term interest in career development
