Residential Solicitor

You'll manage a full residential conveyancing caseload while playing a key role in building and developing the department. Working in a supportive environment known for clear communication and high standards, you'll deliver a reliable, client-focused service across every transaction.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Handling residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages
• Building and developing the residential property department, including processes and workflows
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure smooth progress
• Drafting contracts, reviewing legal documents, and maintaining compliance standards

We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor, Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with solid residential property experience
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
• Interest or experience in developing or leading a team or department
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Organised, proactive, and confident in decision-making
