A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Employment Solicitor to join its well-established team based in Guildford.

About the Role:
You will manage a varied caseload both contentious and non-contentious employment work, advising on HR matters, settlement agreements, contracts, policies and Employment Tribunal claims. You will also support senior lawyers on complex, high-value instructions, providing opportunities for technical growth and the development of expertise in employment law.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE.
• Strong technical skills and a proactive approach to client service.
