Residential Property Solicitor - 2-3 PQE - London

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Residential Property Solicitor (2-3 PQE) to join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm based in London. The firm has an outstanding reputation in property law and is known for handling high-value, complex transactions for both domestic and international clients.

The Role
This is a fantastic chance for a driven solicitor to work on a broad range of residential property matters, including:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, often high-value and prime London real estate.
• New build transactions, lease extensions, and enfranchisement.
• Remortgages, transfer of equity, and advising on restrictive covenants and title issues.
• Acting for HNW clients, investors, and developers.

You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team where quality of work is prioritised, and you will have direct client contact from day one. The role is hybrid, with regular in-office collaboration alongside flexible working from home.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have:

• 2-3 years' PQE in residential property law, ideally gained at a reputable London or regional firm.
• Strong experience running their own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent client care skills and the ability to manage HNW client relationships.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
