Immigration Solicitor - 2-3 PQE - London

A leading London law firm is seeking a talented Immigration Solicitor (2-3 PQE) to join their highly regarded Immigration team. The Role

You will work on a diverse caseload of immigration matters, including:

• Business immigration (sponsor licences, skilled worker visas, global mobility, investor and innovator routes).
• Personal immigration (spouse visas, family reunion, indefinite leave to remain, naturalisation and citizenship).
• Human rights and asylum matters, including complex appeals and judicial review claims.
• Advising HNW individuals, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients on tailored immigration solutions.

The role offers a strong degree of autonomy while providing support from senior lawyers within a collaborative and friendly team. Hybrid working is available, with excellent progression opportunities for ambitious solicitors.

The Candidate

• 2-3 years' PQE in immigration law gained at a reputable practice.
• Strong technical knowledge across personal and business immigration.
• Excellent client care skills, particularly with high-net-worth and corporate clients.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and work to tight deadlines.
