The Role
You will be involved in a diverse and challenging range of property-related disputes, including:
* Commercial landlord and tenant matters (lease renewals, forfeiture, dilapidations, rent reviews)
* Residential possession claims and service charge disputes
* Easements, restrictive covenants, and land ownership issues
* Development-related disputes
* Advising clients on risk, strategy and dispute resolution
* Opportunities to get involved in high-value, complex litigation with London-based clients

You will be given early exposure to clients and responsibility for your own files, working closely with experienced litigators in a supportive environment.

What We're Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 1-3 years' PQE in property litigation
* * A commercially minded approach with a genuine interest in disputes work
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to advise sophisticated clients clearly and concisely
* A proactive attitude and desire to be part of a growing team
